Imagine starting your workday steps from the sparkling waters of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, surrounded by a team that genuinely loves what they do — then spending that day doing something that actually matters.
At AMS, no two days look the same. One moment you’re helping a marine mechanic track down a critical engine part to get a customer’s boat back on the water. The next, you’re quoting a major order for a boat builder, troubleshooting a technical challenge with a dealer interstate, or representing the AMS brand at a tradeshow somewhere across the country.
This is a role for someone who gets a kick out of solving problems, who takes pride in being the person customers trust to get it right the first time — and who wants to grow with a business that’s genuinely going places.
You’ll be the vital link between our customers and the products they depend on: interpreting parts requirements, delivering sharp technical advice, preparing quotes, and building lasting relationships with trade customers across Australia and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Interpret marine engine parts and accessories requirements accurately
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers
Prepare and follow up quotes in a timely manner
Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
Handle warranty claims and returns professionally
Support trade customers, workshops, boat builders, dealers and online partners
Assist with product sourcing, purchase orders and identifying alternative solutions
Contribute to achieving sales targets and growth objectives
