Propspeed - Etching Primer Kit
The Propspeed Etching Primer Base & Hardener combined are one of the best underwater Etching Primers on the market. Known for its iconic Propspeed Gold colour, tenacious adhesion to metal substrates and superior corrosion resistance.

- 3a 240ml Etching Primer Base
- 3b 60ml Etching Primer Hardener
A two-component etching primer, chemically drying by reaction of the mixed components and providing protection against corrosion and increasing the adhesive property of the subsequent coats. This product has a mixing ratio of 4 Base to 1 Hardener by volume. Once the Etching Primer Base is mixed with the Etching Primer Hardener. It must be used within 6 hours.
The Propspeed system is best used on propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, trim tabs, keel coolers, bow and stern thrusters, pod drives, sail drives and other underwater metal.
