Installing your transducer on a flat transom or pontoon boat? No problem! TSS Shim Kits make it easy to achieve the perfect mounting angle. Built specifically for custom transom installations, these kits allow you to effortlessly adjust from the standard 70-degree to a 90-degree angle. Each kit includes three different shim sizes, ensuring a precise fit for your unique setup.

An Armor Plate is designed to protect the transducer from side to side as well as front and back impact. An Armor Plate takes the place of the factory transom mounting bracket.  If the Armor Plate is installed anywhere other than on the transom, for example on the set back wall, some shimming may be required if the angle needs to be adjusted.

A Spring Back Bracket # SBB-5 is recommended when ordering an Armor Plate for all around transducer protection. If an Armor Plate breaks, which has been attached to the boat without a Spring Back Bracket, it has no warranty. Pictured with spring bracket is example only.

6061 High Quality Aluminium Alloy and Black Powder Coated. It is designed for installation on the boat transom and is pre angled to hold your transducer at 70 or 90 degrees needed for proper scanning while installed on standard bass boats.

BMS-AP-GT-6 - To fit Garmin DownVü/SideVü with Chirp Transducers - GT22 010-12403-00, or GT24 010-12908-00, or GT 52 010-12405-00, or GT54 transducer 010-12909-00.

BMS-AP-DS-9 - To fit Garmin DownVü/SideVü Chirp Transducer Models GT41 010-12221-00, GT50 010-12222-00 and GT51 010-12223-00.
